Chet / team have extensive background, knowledge, and skills developed over a long professional history of home building and inspections. We asked them to use a ‘fine-toothed-comb’ when completing a pre-listing inspection of our home, barn and tractor/implement shed. Wanted to avoid a buyer inspection finding anything. Per request, they ‘found’ number of small items that have since been addressed. Team was professional when completing inspection and subsequent discussion of findings. We’ve used Tutor for 6 home inspections in our family. Two were homes we were looking to purchase and decided not to based on all the issues that were found. Two others were for homes we did purchase and the most recent were pre construction inspections which found many framing issues that our builder corrected. Chet Tutor is an awesome home inspector and if anyone didn’t know, one of a very few resident experts in septic system inspections (aerobic or gravity). Good septic inspectors who actually know what they are doing and one that provides useful information after the inspection are hard to come by these days.
