Technology and Equipment

Reports are computer generated and emailed to the client on the day of the inspection.

A digital camera is utilized for clarification and understanding.

An electronic moisture meter and electronic gas leak detector can locate hidden or invisible problems.

A water pressure gauge is used to evaluate the suitability of the water pressure, and well water samples are taken to a laboratory for evaluation.

Heating and AC systems are evaluated with a non-contact electronic thermometer.
