Chet Tutor-Owner

Chet is a native Texan and a retired Army Officer.  He learned about the building industry from his father at a very young age and after his retirement from the Army was a custom home builder in Colorado, being licensed in 3 different municipalities.  He moved back to Texas in 2000 and though he did not plan to continue building at that time built more than 25 houses and did numerous renovations in the greater Austin area.  His knowledge about the building business is unsurpassed and he is able to explain things to clients in a manner in which they can understand.

He is a Professional Level Inspector, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission since 2001 and a Licensed Septic Installer by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Alan Lemke

Alan, born and raised in Wisconsin, got to Texas as quickly as he could.  He has been here since 1991 and considers Texas home.  Originally trained as a journalist, after 5 years in the newspaper business his career led him to the high tech field, where he spent 18 years.  Through it all his drive to help people, instead of simply solving business problems, led him to his inspection career.  He has installed roofs and even raised barns and is always doing home improvement projects either for himself or friends!!

He is a Professional Level Inspector, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission since 2014.
